1. Return Eligibility
At Biotamins, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These include opened supplement bottles, hygieneâ– sensitive products, and any items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
